Online Fee Policy
Terms and Conditions for Online Fee Submission:
- Course Fees mentioned on www.ksgindia.com or in the course brochure are exclusive of the online transaction charges. Only the following transaction charges shall be applicable – Net Banking / Credit Cards / Debit Cards: As applicable
- All Fee rules as available on our website and/or provided in the Fee Book shall remain applicable.
- Under ordinary circumstances, the fee(s) deposited through Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking, is expected to reach the KSG India’s account named KHAN STUDY GROUP within a span of 2-3 days.
- The candidate is solely responsible for the submission of the fee before or on the last date prior to the commencement of the course, as mentioned on the website www.ksgindia.com or in the course brochure. KSG India shall not be responsible for any fee not settled after the commencement of the concerned course, notwithstanding the reason. KSG India shall not be liable or responsible, for any payment that is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier due to any reason.
- KSG India does not guarantee the perpetual availability of online Fee Payment System. Failure of fee transaction on the last day prior to the commencement of the concerned course will automatically permit KSG India to exercise its discretion with respect to late fine exemption. We urge our prospective students to kindly submit the concerned fee(s) through Offline or Online Payment System before the last fee day arrives.
Refund / Cancellation Policy:
Technical issue
On account of any technical issue due to which the payment gets deducted from the payer’s account but does not reflect in our official KSG India’s account; however, the payment gateway service clearly displays the confirmed settlement and subsequently, our account receives the payment. In such a scenario, we would like to inform our prospective students that we manually submit the payment in our account. On average, it takes 7-10 working days for the payment to be credited to the institute’s account.
Multiple Payments Case:
In the event, a double payment occurs and there is a clear record of the same on the payment gateway service, then KSG India will refund the payment after the sum is duly received and reflected in our KSG India’s account. We kindly request the payer to be patient and allow us to refund the concerned sum within a span of 7-10 working days. Alternatively, the additional amount received may be adjusted against the subsequent month’s fee, subject to the payer’s request.
Other Payments Case:
In all other cases where there is a discrepancy in the fee paid, we request the candidate(s) or their representative(s) to directly contact KSG India, and the institute’s decision would be final and binding.
