He was born in BHARATPUR, RAJASTHAN and his family hails from JAIPUR  RAJASTHAN.

He attended SMT SRIDEVI AVIDYAPEETH and he pursued a Bachelor of Technology degree in ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING at MALVIYA NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, JAIPUR, RAJASTHAN.

He attempted the civil services exam in English Medium with GEOLOGY as his Optional Subject.
