KSG wishes ARVIND HANGLEM for his AIR-83 rank in UPSC CSE 2022-23. He was born in Imphal West, Manipur and his family hails from Imphal West, Manipur. He attended Millennium Institute of Sciences, Kwakeithel, Imphal, Manipur and he pursued a Bachelor of Science degree with Honours in Physics at Shri Aurobindo College, University of Delhi. He attempted the civil services exam in English Medium with literature of manipuri language as his Optional Subject. We wish him once again for his future endeavours. |
