The Personalized Mentorship Program (PMP) is a structured, scientifically designed initiative for UPSC aspirants, led personally by Dr. A.R. Khan. It begins with a comprehensive academic and psychological assessment, conducted under Dr. Khan’s supervision, to understand the aspirant’s learning style, background, and goals.
Based on this, a custom preparation blueprint is crafted individually for each student. From planning to execution, every phase is guided by data-backed insights and one-on-one mentorship, ensuring a preparation journey that is focused, consistent, and outcome-oriented. It includes a minimum of 20 sessions per month, including individual sessions with Dr. Khan.

- Mains Answer Writing Practice: Structured writing sessions before and after Prelims with focused feedback on structure, depth, and presentation.
- Note-Making Support: Guidance on crafting concise, effective, and revision-friendly notes from standard sources.
- Topper Interaction Sessions: Periodic sessions with selected candidates sharing real strategies and preparation techniques.
- Self-Study with Expert Guidance: Most suitable for students who want to prepare independently under expert guidance.
- Performance Chart: The mentee will have a performance chart to track progress toward their goal.
