The IAS exam is prestigious to such an extent that the toppers, for the most part, draw a lot of interest each year. Competitors are anxious to know the toppers' strategy, their booklists, their optional subjects and obviously, their marks in the different subjects. IAS Toppers Marks 2018 (Released)

The IAS Toppers marks for the UPSC IAS Main (written) Exam and IAS Interview was issued by UPSC every year through a separate notification. For the year 2018-19 Kanishak Kataria has bagged the first position and got the highest marks in the IAS Main (Written) Examination, which was conducted in the month of September-October 2018. 

As per the officials, Kanishak got 942 marks out of 1750 which is 53.2% of the total written marks. However, in the interview round of  2018-19 Rank 15 Atirag Chaplot has topped the level as he got 206 marks in the IAS Interview (Personality Test).

IAS Toppers of 2018-19:

Kanishak Kataria has secured the first place by securing the marks of 1121 out of 2025 marks in total (55.36%). In the second place, Akshat Jain has secured its place as he got 1080 marks out of 2025 in total (53.33%). On the other hand, for the third-place Junaid Ahmed has got 1077 marks out of total 2025 marks, which is equivalent to 53.18%).
